I am learning to remember finger spaces and full stops, and sound out new words.

"I like writing.  I am getting good at writing, and sounding out the words.  I help Octavian sometimes.  I look at the word wall to spell the words, and I use a word card.  I always remember finger spaces, and full stops.  Mrs Wyatt helps me."

"I can point to the words, and look at the pictures to help me read the book.  I have been learning lots of the words in my homework book.  I know 'baby', 'car' and 'shop' and more and more.  Mrs Wyatt, Mum, and Dad helps me to read."
